So sorry to hear that you had these experiences. I understand. My brother ended his own life with a gun as well. I hope you have someone you can talk to to help you move past these traumas. Stanley wrote a book, Suicides Allure, that may provide some understanding. That said, we can never truly understand another person's struggles. We simply don't have the same lens they have. In my own experience, mediums have often provided the most useful insights.
